We are looking for a Collections Services Coordinator, to be based at our world-leading museum in South Kensington, London. You will have the opportunity to support the teams managing our collections across our four museums. Our Collections Services department is delivering an ambitious strategy to deliver a more accessible and sustainable collection, which will be better understood and appreciated both internally and externally.
You will provide administrative support to the Group Head of Collections Services and the Digitisation & Registration teams, to enable them to manage their workloads and deliver against the Science Museum Group's strategic priorities efficiently and effectively.
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills as well as a flexible and proactive approach to your work. You will be able to demonstrate tact and confidentiality, and communicate confidently with senior colleagues and external stakeholders.
