As Education Marketing Manager, you’ll make a significant contribution to the realisation of our ambition of becoming the best Museum Group in the world. You’ll be integral in devising and delivering integrated communications plans to drive more schools to visit the museum, with a particular focus on secondary schools. Working with the communications and learning teams, you’ll look to develop an improved customer journey for those booking education groups into our museum, harnessing the potential of CRM. Overall, you’ll deliver integrated communications campaigns to drive school visits, increase income, deepen engagement with audiences and enhance the reputation of the Science Museum
Joining us, you will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive, with an ability to work well under pressure. You’ll have solid experience in planning, delivering and evaluating creative communications campaigns, and will have experience delivering to set targets or budgets. Being a strong communicator and relationship builder is key in this role, along with knowledge of the education sector; and an understanding of the wants, needs and motivations of teachers.
