In this role, you will lead the hub, teams and stakeholders across our 3 northern museums to amplify the impact of active, informed and enthusiastic STEM ambassadors. Your focus will be developing our ambassadors to become science capital practitioners, able to target all students, particularly those with low science capital.
Joining us, you will have experience of successfully engaging with schools and businesses to develop young people, along with a good understanding of the national STEM agenda and curriculum. You’ll be a strong leader, communicator and relationship builder; comfortable working across multiple sites and aware of the operational challenges this can bring. Ultimately though you’ll have a passion and commitment for engaging young people with STEM and STEM careers.
