As Senior CRM System Officer, you will support the Science Museum Group’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, Tessitura, ensuring it is used to its full potential across the organisation. You will help drive innovation, whilst facilitating SMG’s use of the system to provide colleagues with a better toolset to put our audiences – and audience insight – at the heart of our work.
You will support the CRM Manager and team in all aspects of the CRM system administration, ensuring that the user experience for all internal stakeholders is fully optimised. In this Group-wide role, you’ll work closely with various departments and users, to ensure the system is used in the best possible way and meets the requirements of our colleagues and customers. As Senior CRM System Officer, you’ll work with the CRM Systems Manager to strategically plan longer term system enhancements, as well as providing ongoing technical support to stakeholders to ensure effective every-day use of the system.
Joining us, you’ll have demonstrable experience of using a CRM system (ideally Tessitura), along with exceptional communication and team-working skills. You’ll be able to build and maintain robust relationships with colleagues at all levels, and will be comfortable advocating for system users whilst considering technical requirements. As well as experience of designing and delivering system training, you will have a high degree of IT literacy and excellent attention to detail.
