We are currently looking for a Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) Administrator to play a pivotal part in accelerating our collections digitisation programme and generate significant new content on a part time (21 hours per week) basis.
As part of the Photography team and working closely with producers and consumers of digital content, you will maintain and improve the quality of information, provide user support and deal with enquiries for the digital collection. In addition, you will identify improvements to processes and procedures relating to the management of digital assets, whilst providing support and training on using the DAMS to users across SMG.
You'll need to be an excellent team player, personable and have a passion for curating digital content. You'll have experience of managing digital assets and associated data, enjoying problem solving and ideally, bring experience of working within the museum or heritage sector, although this isn't essential.
