As part of our commitment to making SMG a great place to work, we are now looking for a full time HR Systems Partner to be based at either our Bradford or York museums. You will produce and deliver programme plans for the delivery of new modules, work with P&C colleagues to identify system capability gaps and explore opportunities to streamline existing manual processes, and develop system and process documentation, including user guides and training for users. As an expert in systems and reporting, you’ll continue to develop and advance HR reporting on an ongoing basis; propose opportunities to improve our data management, our data visualisations and refine key metrics.
Joining us, you’ll have a passion for HR Information Systems and their ability to improve organisational decision-making and performance. You’ll have experience of working with integrated HR/Payroll systems, and significant experience as a System Administrator (preferably iTrent). As a key member of the Reward and Systems Team, you will be a collaborative team player, able to work to identify and influence change. You’ll have a strong customer-service focus, an analytical approach, and a good understanding of organisational needs.
