Our Learning and Public Programmes team at the Science and Industry Museum are committed to this strategic priority by supporting group visits from educational groups, families and the wider public.
To help us in our mission to inspire futures, the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester are looking for a Learning and Public Programmes Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will co-ordinate the Learning and Public Programmes support unit to develop relationship with schools and advocate for their needs, support the planning and delivery of programmes and events across the museum and generally co-ordinating the operational needs of the department - keeping everything on track and well-organised.
Joining us, you will bring knowledge of learning environments or museums. You'll be an experienced project or events co-ordinator with a commercial awareness. You'll be a relationship-builder, with an ability to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. You will also need to be a strong administrator, with an eye for detail and a practical and organised approach.
