To support the growth of this vision, we are looking for a Senior Photographer to join us at the National Railway Museum in York, on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will lead, support and operationally manage a team of photography professionals across our three Northern based, National Museums, located in York, Manchester and Bradford. Working with some truly unique objects, you will support in photographing our growing collection objects, troubleshooting operational imaging issues and using digital processing software to champion our goal of making our collection available and open to all.
Joining us, you will bring excellent studio photography experience in a commercial environment and technical proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge and Capture One. You will be an excellent people manager, bringing skills at managing stakeholder expectations whilst having a positive attitude to lead on challenging projects.
