Our Retail Team at the Science Museum Group are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the retail facilities. In this role you will join the existing management team, and be responsible for leading, managing and motivating a team of Retail Sales Advisors to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience, providing thought-provoking and memorable visits which reflect the magnificence of our Science Museum in London.
In this role, you’ll use your effective communication skills and excellent leadership to motivate a large team, fully utilising and developing their skills whilst also promoting a culture of high performance, consistent delivery and diversity and inclusion.
Joining us you’ll be proactive, personable and have plenty of commercial flair, enabling you to create initiatives to maximise our sales and profits. You’ll also possess good organisation and IT skills alongside a strong record of meeting sales targets and an excellent understanding of KPIs ideally in the retail sector.
