As Senior Community Engagement Manager you will lead and develop working relationships with external partners to support the delivery of the learning strategy and learning programmes at the Science Museum. You will oversee and lead teams facilitating participation work with local communities as part of major gallery projects and will help build strategic relationships with local organisations who act as gatekeepers to communities. You will manage teams working with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure that the broader needs of the local community are considered, and their voices heard in the Museum.
You will have experience of developing partnerships and of working with a wide range of organisations and communities. You will be able to deliver projects, manage colleagues and write funding bids, showing excellent communication skills and an understanding of audience needs.
