As part of our commitment to deliver an excellent service to our people and ensure our organisation has the capability to deliver its strategic objectives, we are now looking for a Lead People Partner to cover all aspects of HR management, from strategic to operational delivery. This role will be based in Bradford or Manchester with a Group-wide remit.
In this role, you will manage a team of geographically dispersed People Partners to provide full generalist support to the business. You will design and deliver improvement programmes to enhance our employee experience, to make SMG an exceptional place to work, and will support our national museums in achieving their strategic objectives.
Joining us, you’ll have significant experience as a HR generalist. You will have a customer-oriented and process-improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and influence decision-making. You will be an inspirational leader, capable of promoting high standards and a collaborative approach. You will also have good commercial acumen and an analytical approach with the ability to think strategically. You’ll have strong experience of TUPE transfers, reorganisations and restructures along with managing cultural change programmes.
